Pulse · the home screen

The first thing you see when you log in is the state of your business.

Most software shows you its own dashboard. UpRyzze shows you yours. Cash, customers, pipeline, AI visibility, messages. The five things that actually move a small business, in one live view, rebuilt every time the page loads. No exports, no integrations to babysit, no third-party login screen.

Money

Cash flow at a glance

Outstanding invoices, paid this week, paid month-to-date. The number you'd otherwise pull out of QuickBooks at 11pm. Sitting right there when you open the tab.

Recent Payments

Who paid, who didn't

The last few invoices and their status. Click in to chase the slow ones from the Money module without leaving the Console.

AI Visibility

Your score, this week

Live read of how AI search engines see you, the top fixes ranked by leverage, and how the score has moved since the last scan. The dashboard the audit page promises, running on a cadence.

Pipeline

Quotes in motion

Sent, viewed, accepted, paid. How much money is in flight, how much landed. So you stop guessing whether last month was actually good.

Inbox

Customer messages, one feed

Form fills, replies, follow-ups, in one place, attached to the customer they came from. No 'wait, which inbox was that in?'

Modules

One login. Every part of your operation, wired into your website.

The Platform isn't a feature on the side of your website. It is the operating layer behind it. Every form on your site lands in Customers. Every paid invoice updates Money. Every AI-visibility scan writes to the chart you see at login. The website and the back-office aren't separate products with an integration between them. They're one system.

Customers (CRM)

Every business, every contact, every interaction, with the website forms, payments, and messages already wired in. No more typing the same info into three tools.

Money

Quotes, invoices, payments, refunds. Native Stripe under the hood. Customers can pay from a phone in under a minute and the cash hits your account the next business day.

Pipeline

Quotes you've sent, where they are, what they're worth. A real funnel instead of a spreadsheet you opened in March and never updated.

AI Visibility

Recurring scans across the AI platforms that matter to your tier, score history in a chart, and the prioritized fix list. From the same engine that powers the $297 Audit.

Tasks

The things you and our team are doing on the business this week, visible to both sides. Nothing falls through the cracks because both sides see the same list.

Content & Media

Update copy, swap a photo, request a content piece, all from the Console, on a phone, between jobs. Our team picks it up and ships it. You don't touch a page builder.

Why we built it

Small businesses don't have a software problem. They have a between-software problem.

The CRM doesn't know about the invoice. The invoice doesn't know about the form fill. The form fill doesn't know about the AI visibility score that just dropped because Google changed its snippet behavior. The owner does. Sometimes, in their head, late at night. We built the Platform because that's where the money is leaking. Not in any single tool, but in the seams between them.

Pulse is the answer to one question: what would the owner check first if they had ten seconds? Everything else in the Platform is built around making that ten seconds tell the truth.

What it replaces

One platform instead of six subscriptions that don't talk to each other.

A typical small business is paying for a website builder, a CRM, an invoicing app, a scheduling tool, an AI-search SaaS dashboard, and a team chat tool, with none of them aware of the others. Here's the swap.

  • A page-builder plugin stack a hand-built site we run for you
  • A standalone CRM subscription Customers, wired to the site forms
  • A separate invoicing/payments tool Money, native Stripe under the hood
  • A scheduling/booking tool workflows wired into your services
  • An AI-search SaaS dashboard AI Visibility, running on cadence with your team acting on it
  • A team chat / task board Tasks, shared with the UpRyzze team on the same record

Coming Fall 2026 · Frontdesk

The AI workflow layer that handles the small repeatable tasks eating your week.

Quote follow-ups, review requests, appointment reminders, inbound-lead routing, all wired into Customers, Money, and Inbox so the AI has the context it needs to act and the audit trail you need to trust it. Existing UpRyzze customers get first access and a locked rate.

The Platform is included in every UpRyzze package.

Starter (coming soon), Up & Ryzzing, On The Ryzze, The Ryzze. Every customer gets the same Platform for one monthly fee, no per-feature upcharges. The tier you choose dictates the website scope, the AI-visibility cadence, and how much of the work our team does for you. Not which tools you get to log into.
