Elevate Health & Aesthetics
A multi-service wellness practice with per-treatment pages, transparent pricing, and online booking, structured for the trust-heavy way people research med spas.
Who they are
Elevate Health & Aesthetics is a Texas wellness practice offering IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, GLP-1 medical weight loss, peptide therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, and facials.
A med spa is one of the hardest kinds of local business to represent online, because customers research it like a medical decision and buy it like a retail one. Before anyone books, they want to know exactly what a treatment involves, what it costs, and who is administering it. A site that hides pricing behind “call us” or lumps seven distinct services onto one page loses those customers during research, before the practice ever knows they existed.
What we built
Every treatment has its own page explaining what it is, who it is for, and what to expect. Pricing is published, not hidden. The site carries a reviews page, a team page (who is actually treating you matters in this industry), FAQs, service-area pages, a blog, and a dedicated online booking page, so a visitor who is ready can go from research to a booked appointment without a phone call.
Because every treatment lives on its own page in plain, crawlable text with structured data behind it, a search engine or AI assistant asked about IV therapy or medical weight loss in Elevate’s area has something specific to work with. That is not an accident of the design. It is the design.
The part visitors never see
Behind the site, the practice runs on the UpRyzze Console:
- When someone books or fills out the contact form, a customer record is created for them. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be copied into a spreadsheet.
- History, notes, and follow-ups stay attached to the customer.
- Reviews, scheduling, estimates, and invoicing live in the same place, so the front desk works from one screen.
Why it matters for this industry
Wellness customers are repeat customers: memberships, follow-up treatments, seasonal packages. The economics of a med spa depend on turning a first visit into a relationship, and that requires the boring plumbing (records, follow-ups, rebooking) to actually work. The website brings the customer in; the platform keeps them.
