Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 11, 2026

UpRyzze ("we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based, veteran-owned company that builds and operates websites and connected systems for our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit upryzze.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies only to upryzze.com and not to websites we build and host for our clients, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a consultation intake, contact us by email, or interact with forms or chat widgets on the Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and whatever details you share about your project. Consultation intakes are processed through Jotform and transmitted to us for review.

Information collected automatically. When you visit upryzze.com, our hosting infrastructure and content delivery network log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used for security, performance monitoring, and diagnosing errors.

Cookies and tracking technologies. upryzze.com uses cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics cookies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your visit and combine it with information they collect from other sites to measure ad performance, build audiences, and deliver targeted advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, or through your browser's settings and the opt-out tools provided by Google and Meta directly.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are a fit for your project, prepare proposals, operate the website, send transactional communications, run advertising campaigns to reach similar prospective clients, measure the effectiveness of those campaigns, and generally communicate with you about work we are doing or considering doing together. We also use information as needed to comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We may use AI-assisted tools (including services from OpenAI and Anthropic) to help draft responses, proposals, and content, and automation tools (including n8n) to route submissions and notifications within our team. Inputs to these tools are limited to what is needed for the task, and we select providers with business-grade data handling commitments.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, because we use advertising cookies from Google and Meta, some state privacy laws (including in California) treat the sharing of information with these advertising networks as a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. If you are a resident of a state that grants you the right to opt out of this activity, you can do so using the mechanisms described in the Cookies section above or by contacting us.

We share information with the service providers we use to operate the business. These include: Jotform (consultation intake forms), Twilio (SMS and voice communications), Microsoft Azure (website hosting and infrastructure), Microsoft 365 (email and productivity), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising pixel), OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude) (AI-assisted drafting and research), n8n (workflow automation), Elfsight (embedded website widgets), and Stripe (payment processing for clients who pay invoices online). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and data protection commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Payment information

When clients pay invoices, payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects payment card information directly through its secure infrastructure; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from UpRyzze (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our consultation intake form, or through a form on a client-platform site we operate), we will use your mobile number to send the kinds of messages described in our SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing us. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention

We keep consultation intake submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the engagement, and afterwards for our ordinary business records and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your intake submission at any time using the contact details below, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, or to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) may have rights under their own state laws. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

upryzze.com is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our custody, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting who on our team can view intake submissions and client data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
