SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy
Last updated: May 16, 2026
UpRyzze, LLC ("UpRyzze," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with people who have asked us to. This page describes what kinds of messages we send, how you can opt in or out, the frequency you can expect, and the disclosures U.S. mobile carriers require us to make. By providing your mobile number to UpRyzze and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the terms below.
Who is sending the messages
Messages are sent by UpRyzze, LLC, a Texas-based, veteran-owned company, using the messaging infrastructure of our provider Twilio Inc. When we send messages on behalf of one of our clients (for example, an appointment reminder or a review request from a business that uses our platform), the message will clearly identify the client business by name; UpRyzze remains the platform sender.
What kinds of messages we send
We use SMS for the following purposes, and only after you have affirmatively opted in:
- Account notifications. Confirmations and status updates related to a consultation request, a project we are working on with you, an invoice we have sent you, or a payment we have received.
- Appointment and service reminders. Reminders for consultations, calls, and appointments you have scheduled with UpRyzze or with one of our clients on a platform we operate.
- Customer care. Replies to questions or support requests you have initiated by phone, email, or web form.
- Review requests. When you have completed a service with one of our clients, we may send you a single message inviting you to leave a review for that business. This is sent on the client's behalf and clearly identifies the client.
We do not send promotional, advertising, or third-party marketing messages through this number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How you opt in
We collect SMS consent through one of the following affirmative actions. We never assume consent, and we never pre-check consent checkboxes.
- Consultation intake form. When you submit a consultation request through the form on upryzze.com/consultation, you may check an unchecked box authorizing UpRyzze to send you SMS messages related to your inquiry. The consent language reads: "I agree to receive SMS messages from UpRyzze, LLC about my consultation request, project, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
- Direct request. If you ask us by email, phone, or in writing to text you about a specific matter, we will treat that as consent for messages directly related to that matter.
- Client-platform forms. When you book an appointment, complete a purchase, or submit a contact form on a website operated by UpRyzze on behalf of a client business, you may consent to SMS messages from that business through our platform. The opt-in language on those forms identifies the client business and references this policy.
How you opt out
You can opt out of UpRyzze SMS messages at any time, free of charge, using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send you. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending messages to that number, typically within minutes. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Email us. Email support@upryzze.com and ask to be removed from SMS. Include the mobile number you would like removed. We will remove the number within one business day.
After you opt out, we will not send you SMS messages unless you opt back in. You can opt back in at any time by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a prior message, or by re-consenting through one of the methods above.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for instructions, or contact us directly at support@upryzze.com. Our help reply will identify the sender (UpRyzze) and provide our support email.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your engagement with us. Most recipients receive fewer than four messages per month. Transactional messages (a payment confirmation, an appointment reminder) are sent only as the underlying event happens. Review requests are sent at most once per completed service.
Cost
UpRyzze does not charge you to receive or send SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. If you are unsure, check with your carrier.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent record are personal information. We handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Our SMS provider (Twilio) processes message delivery on our behalf under its own data protection commitments.
Eligibility
SMS messaging is available to recipients in the United States with a mobile number on a participating carrier. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to consent to receive messages from UpRyzze.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where appropriate, by SMS to active subscribers.
