Who they are

TreeMDs is a professional tree service company serving North Texas. Their work spans far more than “tree trimming”: tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, emergency storm response, hazardous tree assessment, plant health care, root collar excavation, acreage clearing and thinning, fence line clearing, and tree and shrub planting.

Most tree service websites communicate almost none of that. The typical site in this trade is a single page with a phone number and a photo of a chainsaw. So when a homeowner searches “root collar excavation near me,” or asks an AI assistant who handles hazardous tree assessment in their town, a one-page site gives the engine nothing to match against.

What we built

Every service TreeMDs offers has its own dedicated page: what the service is, when a property owner needs it, and how to request it. Every city they serve has a service-area page. The site also carries a blog, a project gallery, customer reviews and testimonials, a team page, and an FAQ section.

Under the hood, the site emits the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read directly: LocalBusiness and Organization schema identifying the company, FAQPage markup on the questions customers ask, an llms.txt file, an RSS feed. Every page is statically rendered, so crawlers get the full content without executing JavaScript. We grade every website we scan on these same checks, so we build our clients’ sites to pass them.

The part visitors never see

The website is the front door. Behind it, TreeMDs runs on the UpRyzze Console:

  • Contact form submissions become customer records automatically, with spam filtering in front. No lead lives in an inbox.
  • Customer history, notes, estimates, and invoices live in one place.
  • The same platform handles scheduling and review management, so the business side stays in one system instead of five subscriptions.

Why it matters for this trade

Tree work is urgent, local, and high-ticket. The customer who needs an emergency removal after a storm is searching right now, often by asking their phone. The companies that win that moment are the ones whose sites say specifically, in a machine-readable way, “we do emergency tree removal, in this city.” That is what this build does for TreeMDs.
